I would highly discourage purchasing anything from Room & Board. We purchased a couch in September, and 6 months later, we are still waiting... and the date pushes out consistently by a month each month. While I appreciate supply chain delays, these have been absurd delays. The company is dishonest on timelines, apathetic to delays and unwilling to prioritize customer service over profits.

I got all my bedroom furniture on room and board (for my new house).I love their stuff. They make all of it in the US and the quality is incredible.

Bought living room and bedroom furniture from them five years ago and couldn't be happier. Everything I received is in excellent condition, their customer service is second to none, and they stand by their products. They've come, free of charge, to service my furniture years after ordering them. Will definitely buy more from them in the future!

We've been fortunate to purchase a few items from Room & Board, and every item we've purchased exceeded our expectations. We've purchased wall shelving, a large armoire, a side table, glider chair for nursing, and a children's table with 4 chairs.

Our kids table and glider was our first purchases, and I can say after 7+ years of abuse they have held up amazingly well. The table and chairs have crayon marks that wipe right off, and the glider looks like it did the day it was delivered.
